Specificity and cross-reactivity
SEC21 recognizes both the 120 kD E-cadherin and its 80 kD trypsin-resistant extracellular part. The epitope is present within amino acid residues 30-43 of mature Human E-cadherin.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Test
