Specificity and cross-reactivity
Bp53.12 reacts with a denatuRation-resistant epitope of p53. This antibody is specific for Human p53 and recognizes amino acid sequence 16-25.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Test
