Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Storage and shipping
Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Other names
b2 microglobulin; HLA-G protein; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain G; HLA G antigen; b2 microglobulin; OTTHUMP00000029218; OTTHUMP00000029220; OTTHUMP00000033527; OTTHUMP00000159507; HLA class I molecule; MHC class I antigen G; HLA-G histocompatibility antigen, class I, G; major histocompatibility complex, class I, G; N/A
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes human b2-microglobulin associated with cell-surface MHC Class I molecules and other membrane antigens as well as soluble human b2-microglobulin. Does not cross-react with mouse, bovine, rabbit, canine or chicken b2-microglobulin.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
