Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Reacts with the 87kD human Plakophilin-3. There is no cross reactivity with human Plakophilin-1 and Plakophilin-2 proteins. Reactivity is confirmed with human A431 cells, and HEK293 cells transfected with plasmid expressing human Plakophilin-3. Based on sequence homology, this antibody is expected to react with mouse and canine.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
