Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Long-term storage should be done after aliquoting the antibody and freezing the aliqotes at -20 degrees Celsius. Under these conditions the aliquots will be stable for at least one year if kept at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human PSGL 1. Blocks binding of PSGL 1 to P-selectin and L-selectin. Recognizes a membrane-distal epitope on PSGL 1 and blocks binding of (i) PSGL 1 to immobilzed P-selectin, (ii) fluid-phase P-selectin to leukocytes, and (iii) neutrophils to P-selectin under both static and a range of shear stress conditions.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
