Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage, For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Prior to use, briefly centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before lid. If further dilution(s) are needed, they can be done with the appropriate assay buffer.

Recognizes all subtypes of Influenza A (H1N1, H2N2, H3N2 and H5N1). Specific for the nucleoprotein antigen. Reacts with infected human samples. Does not crossreact with Influenza B, Parainfluenza 1 and 2, Adenovirus or RSV.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Influenza A and B H1N1 H3N2 Hemagglutinin-nucleoprotein recombinant proteins, peptides and antibodies detect a virus commonly known as "the flu". Influenza is an infectious disease caused by an influenza virus. Symptoms can be mild to severe. The most common symptoms include a high fever, runny nose, sore throat, muscle pains, headache, coughing, and feeling tired. These symptoms typically begin two days after exposure to the virus and most last less than a week. The cough, however, may last for more than two weeks. In children, there may be nausea and vomiting, but these are not common in adults.
