Specificity and cross-reactivity
The antibody detects endogenous human/mouse GATA-2 on Western blots with an approximate molecular weight of 58 kDa. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Storage and shipping
Lyophilized samples are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. to -70 degree C. Upon reconstitution, the antibody can be stored at 2 degree -8 degree C for 1 month without detectable loss of activity. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored frozen the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. to -70 degree C in a manual defrost freezer for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Description

During transcription, a DNA sequence is read by an RNA polymerase, which produces a complementary, anti-parallel RNA strand called a primary transcript.
