Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes the phosphorylated variant of NF-H subunit (~180-220kD), showing some weaker reactivity with phosphorylated forms of NF-M. Species crossreactivity: Human NF-H and all other mammals tested to date. Also recognizes avian NF-H.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
