In direct ELISAs and Western Blots, this antibody shows approximately 50% crossreactivity with rmIL-1F10 and no crossreactivity with rhIL-1, rhIL-1, rhIL-1ra, rhIL-18, rhIL-1F5, rhIL-1F6, rhIL-1F7, rhIL-1F8, or rhIL-1F9.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius.
