Properties

Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Specificity and cross-reactivity

Reacts equally with free cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and cTnI forming complexes with other troponin components. Not affected by heparin, phosphorylation and oxidation. Recognizes an epitope located between aa27-43 of cTnI. Reactive with cTnI from human, monkey, mouse, rat, canine, rabbit and bovine.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
