Species reactivity
N/A; Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Other names
multidrug resistance protein 2 (MRP2); Canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter 1; canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter 1; OTTHUMP00000020267; canalicular multidrug resistance protein; multidrug resistance-associated protein 2; ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 2; ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C (CFTR/MRP), member 2; ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 2; Canalicular multidrug resistance protein; Multidrug resistance-associated protein 2
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes an internal epitope of cMOAT/MRP2, a 190-200kD transmembrane protein known as the canalicular multi-organic anion transporter, absent in patients with the Dubin-Johnson syndrome, an autosomal recessive liver disorder characterized by chronic conjugated hyperbilirubinemia. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
