Description
The Actinin, alpha is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.
Form/Appearance
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 1.2% sodium acetate, 2% BSA, 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile PBS.

Human (Homo sapiens), Mouse (Mus musculus), Rat (Rattus norvegicus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes alpha-Actinin. Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse and rat.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Storage and shipping
Lyophilized powder may be stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
