Affinity Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Form/Appearance
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).
Species reactivity
Mouse (Mus musculus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes mouse NKG2A, NKG2C and NKG2E, which are isoforms of the NKG2 lectin-like family. Reported to block ligand binding to the receptor.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Storage and shipping
Lyophilized powder may be stored at Keep the antibody refrigerated at +4 degrees Celsius. Temperature variations in the range between +1C to +7C are tolerable. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot and Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
