Binds phospho-Tyr in a manner largely independent of the surrounding amino acid sequencein ELISA. Binds to a larger number of phospho-Tyr-containing peptides than any other commercially available anti-phospho-Tyr monoclonal antibody. Does not crossreact with peptides containing phospho-Ser or phospho-Thr.
