Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Other names
carboxylesterase 1E; Carboxylesterase 1E; carboxylesterase 1E; egasyn; ES-HTEL; esterase 22; pI 5.5 esterase; carboxyesterase ES-3; liver carboxylesterase 3; carboxylesterase 1E; Carboxyesterase ES-3; ES-HTEL; Egasyn; Liver carboxylesterase 3; pI 5.5 esterase
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes human CES-1. Species Crossreactivity: recombinant mouse CES-3. No cross-reactivity with rmCES-2, rmCES-5, or recombinant human CES-2.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Description
Serine protease, D- or L-serine arginine rich enzyme of serine threonine kinase with serine that is encoded by the codons UCU, UCC, UCA, UCG, AGU and AGC is an ɑ-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It contains an α-amino group (which is in the protonated −NH+
3 form under biological conditions), a carboxyl group. It is non-essential in humans, meaning the body can synthesize it.
Storage and shipping
Lyophilized powder may be stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Reconstitute with PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
