Species Crossreactivity: mouse. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

For facs or microscopy Alexa 1 conjugate.Alexa Fluor 488 has the same range to that of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), yet the STAT 1, phosphorylated ( ) has a very high photo stability. As a result of this photo stability, it has turned into an antibody for fluorescent microscopy and FACS FLOW cytometry. It is distinguished in the FL1 of a FACS-Calibur or FACScan. Also Alexa Fluor 488 is pH stable.

Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. For long-term storage, aliquot and keep at +4 degrees Celsius for up to one year. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. Prior to use, briefly centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before lid. If further dilution(s) are needed, they can be done with the appropriate assay buffer. Protect from light. Note: We do not recommend adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
