RETINOBLASTOMA This item recognises human and mouse Rb protein only when it has been phosphorylated at the S608 residue. _x000D__x000D_The antibody does not recognise non-phosphorylated Rb or Rb phosphorylated at other sites. _x000D__x000D_Phosphorylation of the Rb protein at S608 is dependent upon CDK4.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
