Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided. CD357 This product recognises mouse CD357, also known as glucocorticoid-induced tumour necrosis factor receptor (mGITR) or Tnrfsf18, a member of the tumour necrosis superfamily. Mouse CD357 is predominantly expressed by CD4+/CD25+ T regulatory cells and on CD4+/CD25- cells upon activation. Studies demonstrate that mouse GITR ligand (mGITRL) can bind to CD357 and neutralise the suppressive effects of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells. CD357 signalling can also enhance the proliferation of naïve and primed T cells, suggesting a key role for CD357 in the regulation of T cell-mediated immunity.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
