This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

CD117 This item recognises the human CD117 cell surface antigen, a 145kD glycoprotein also known as c-kit. CD117 is expressed by some haematopoietic stem cells (approx. 70% of CD34+ve cells in normal bone marrow are CD117+ve), by some acute myeloid leukaemias and by mast cells. Functionally CD117 is a receptor for stem cell factor, and has receptor tyrosine kinase activity.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
