CD22 This item recognises the human CD22 cell surface antigen, a 130/140kD glycoprotein expressed by cells of B lymphocyte lineage. _x000D__x000D_CD22 is initially expressed cytoplasmically and subsequently on the cell surface during B cell maturation. It is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
