If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. for one month or the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. for longer. the antibody should be stored undiluted. Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided. CD11b This item recognises the rabbit CD11b cell surface glycoprotein, also known as the integrin alpha M chain and MAC-1. Clone 198 immunoprecipitates two proteins of molecular weight 165kD and 95kD from granulocytes. It recognises monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils by flow cytometry and is thought to be against the homologue of human CD11b. In immunohistochemistry good staining of macrophages is observed.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
