Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. CD11a This item recognises the bovine CD11a cell surface antigen, a 180kDa glycoprotein, also known as integrin alpha L chain. _x000D__x000D_CD11a is expressed on a wide range of cells, including lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes and macrophages. CD11a binds to CD18 to form a heterodimeric integral membrane protein, and plays a role in cell-cell adhesion processes.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
