CD66ce Recognises human CD66c and CD66e, members of the carcinoembryonic antigen family (NCA and CEA respectively). In IHC the antibody stains a range of tumour cells and also neutrophils and some endothelial cells. Cross-reactivity with other members of the CEA family has not been reported, but has not been formally excluded.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
