CD45 This product is a mixture of two clones (2B11 and PD7/26/16) recognising the human CD45 cell surface antigen (the leucocyte common antigen). This reagent is useful for the differentiation of tissues of haemic origin from other tissues or tumours. Cells of lymphoid lineage show the most intense staining.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
