CD195 Recognises the human CD195 cell surface antigen, a 45kD glycoprotein also known as CCR5. _x000D__x000D_CD195 acts as a receptor for a number of chemokines including RANTES and eotaxin and also serves as a co-receptor for the entry of HIV into cells. _x000D__x000D_CD195 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes and by monocytes.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
