Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. for one month or the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. for longer. the antibody should be stored undiluted. Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided. T LYMPHOCYTES This item is pan reactive with guinea pig T lymphocytes (>95%) in lymph nodes, and does not react with B lymphocytes. It reacts with approximately 70% of thymocytes by FACS analysis and immunohistochemically the medullary thymocytes strongly express this antigen The functional significance of this antigen is currently unknown.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
