HOMING RECEPTOR This item reacts with a 32-36 kDa glycoprotein, a membrane protein expressed on guinea pig lymphocytes and Langerhans cells. The antigen is anchored to the cell membrane via phospatidyl-inositol linkage and mediates T-cell activation ("guinea pig T-cell activation antigen"). The antigen is also associated with lymphocyte adhesion and homing.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
