Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided. WC1 This item recognises bovine WC1, a 215/300kD antigen expressed on the majority of gamma/delta T lymphocytes. These cells also express low levels of CD5, but are negative for other B and T cell markers. _x000D__x000D_The WC1 antigen is reported to be involved in a number of processes, including activation of gamma/delta T cells and the development of a Th1-biased acquired immune response. _x000D__x000D_This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on bovine peripheral blood lymphocytes.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
