Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short-term storage and at -20 degrees Celsius for long-term.Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. the antibody should be stored undiluted. Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided. CD202b This item recognises mouse CD202, also known as TIE-2 or TEK, a protein-tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor for angiopoietin 1. It is specifically expressed in developing vascular endothelial cells and probably regulates endothelial cell proliferation and differentiation and guides the proper patterning of endothelial cells during blood vessel formation. Defects in the gene are associated with venous malformations.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
