Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Other names
CD97 antigen isoform 3 preproprotein; CD97 antigen; CD97 antigen; leukocyte antigen CD97; seven-span transmembrane protein; seven transmembrane helix receptor; seven-transmembrane, heterodimeric receptor associated with inflammation; CD97 molecule; Leukocyte antigen CD97
Specificity and cross-reactivity
CD97 Recognizes a unique epitope on CD97, a 75-85 kDa surface glycoprotein (G-protein coupled receptor family), expressed on activated B and T lymphocytes, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells and granulocytes.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Storage and shipping
Short term Store the antibody at +4C. Temperature variations in the range of 1 to 7 degrees Celsius are tolerable. We recommend NOT to freeze the antibody. Long term, aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. If aliquoted for long term storage, fill volume should be equal to or greater than 50% of the nominal fill volume of the vial used. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
