Specificity and cross-reactivity
D-Dimer (Fibrin Degradation Product) Recognizes high molecular weight fibrin degradation products. Recognizes D-dimer in Western blot under non-reducing conditions. Interacts with beta-chain of D-dimer in Western blot under reducing conditions. Does not cross-react with fibrinogen and D-monomer.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
