Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Storage and shipping
Store lyophilized product at 2 to 8 degree C. After reconstitution, aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. The addition of 0.1% (w/v) sodium azide is recommended for storage up to one month at 2 to 8 degree C.

Specificity and cross-reactivity
CD9 The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 24kDa. Recognizes 22-43% of peripheral non-T cells (B cells) (4). Recognizes blood platelets and a few granulocytic cells of normal bone marrow. Recognizes the distal convoluted tubule and the dista; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
