CD9 Recognizes an epitope on second extracellular domain (EC2) of human CD9 antigen, a 24 kDa single transmembrane polypeptide expressed on platelets, monocytes, pre-B lymphocytes, granulocytes and activated T lymphocytes. MEM-61 induces Fc gamma R-dep; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
