CD15 Reacts with CD15, a cell membrane molecule 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine (3-FAL) strongly expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages and mast cells. It is also present on Langerhans cells and some myeloid precursor cells. Does not react wit; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
