Specific for 3-hydroxykynureinine modifications on N-alpha-acetyl lysine, N-alpha-acetyl histidine, N-alpha-acetyl arginine, and N-alpha-acetyl cysteine. It does not recognize the transaminase enzyme involved in the degradation of tryptophan. Reacts with 3-OHKYN modifications in human proteins. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
