Form/Appearance
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin, Cyanine 5 (PE/Cy5).
Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.Cy5 antibodies are excited by the 650-nanometer wave of an argon laser and detected at a 670-nanometer captor.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes human CDw17 (Lactosylceramide). Reacts with normal human platelets (49%), peripheral blood lymphocytes (11%), monocytes (16%), and granulocytes (74%).; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Storage and shipping
May be stored at Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. as an undiluted liquid. Stable for at least 12 months at Keep the antibody refrigerated at +4 degrees Celsius. Temperature variations in the range between +1C to +7C are tolerable. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin, Cyanine 5 (PE/Cy5) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE/Cy5 conjugates are sensitive to light.
