Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Recognizes the globular domain of the a5 chain of intact laminin and blocks the neurite stimulating activity of laminin. This antibody was originally thought to recognize laminin alpha 1 or A, but further characterization has confirmed its specificity for the laminin alpha 5 chain. No crossreactivity is observed to mouse or rat laminin.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
