Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. 

Recognizes the fusion protein of all sub-types (A1, A2, B1 and B2) of human metapneumovirus (hMPV). Does not crossreact with cell cultures infected with hRSV, influenzaviruses A and B, adenovirus, parainfluenza viruses 1, 2, 3 and 4b, mumps virus, measles virus, varicella-zoster virus, herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, human cytomegalovirus, human herpesvirus type 6, ECHOvirus 19, Coxsachievirus B4, poliovirus types 1-3, HHV6 or uninfected HeLa, MA104, 3MK, LLC-MK, HEp2, MRC-5 and HSB-2 cells. Does not react with sputum bacteria.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
