Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes human Lissencephaly-1.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Lyophilized powder may be stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Description
The Lissencephaly-1 (LIS-1, MDCR, Miller-Dieker Syndrome, MDS, PAF Acetylhydrolase 45kD Subunit, PAFAH 45kD, PAFAH alpha, PAFAH1B1, Platelet Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase Isoform Ib alpha Subunit, PAFAHA, SBH, Subcortical Band Heterotopia, ILS, Isolated L Antibody is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood.Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex. NFKB 105 subunit for example is a polypetide gene enhancer of genes in B cells.Platelets, also called thrombocytes or cloth cells in blood and are needed to stop bleeding by clumping and clotting the blood the vessels when the an injury occurs. Teh bone marrow will produce the platelets that have no nucleus. Platelates are unique to mammals, the are curved shaped 1900nm to 3100 nm large nucleus free clothing structures.
