Recognizes many types of smooth muscle cells, such as those present in vascular walls, intestinal muscularis mucosae and propria, myometrium, stroma of various tissues and is also positive for myoepithelial cells of various glands, notably salivary and mammary gland. Excellent marker for myogenic soft tissue tumors and smooth muscle differentiation. Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse and rat, bovine, equine and chicken. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
