Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes human and mouse Rb protein only when it has been phosphorylated at the S608 residue. The antibody does not recognize non-phosphorylated Rb or Rb phosphorylated at other sites. Phosphorylation of the Rb protein at S608 is dependent upon CDK4. Species Crossreactivity: Human, mouse ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
