Recognizes the dephosphorylated form of human cardiac Troponin I (cTnI). It specifically recognizes aa20-24 on cTnI. The antibody will recognise free dephosphorylated cTnI or dephosphorylated cTnI in complex with other troponin components. Does not cross react with phosphorylated cTnI or with skeletal TnI. Species Crossreactivity: pig (weakly).; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
