Specific for human progesterone receptor, when phosphorylated at serine 190. Recognizes both PR-A and PR-B, when phosphorylated at serine 190. The specificity of this antibody has been shown by blocking studies in Western blotting, whereby staining was blocked by the phosphopeptide. No blocking was seen by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
