Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
Species reactivity
N/A; Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Anti-GOT2 recognizes GOT2 expression in HepG2 whole cell lysate.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Storage and shipping
the antibody can be stored for several weeks at +4 degrees Celsius when it is in an undiluted liquid form. Dilution is recommended to be done only immediately before use.For long term storage, you should aliquot the antibody and keep it at -20 degrees Celsius or colder. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles in order to retain the full activity of the antibody. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
