Monoclonals of this antigen are available in different clones. Each murine monoclonal anibody has his own affinity specific for the clone. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are purified protein A or G and can be conjugated to FITC for flow cytometry or FACS and can be of different isotypes.

The antibodies are stable for 12 months from date of receipt when stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. to -70 degree C. The antibodies can be stored at 2 degree C-8 degree C for three month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freezing-thawing cycles.

This antibody recognizes ~28-33 kDa of human 14.3.3 gamma and shows no cross-reaction with other isoforms of 14.3.3 proteins. This antibody reacts with human. The other species are not tested.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
