Test
MBS Monoclonals supplies antibodies that are for research of human proteins.
Form/Appearance
Purified (Purified Ig buffered in PBS and 0.02% NaN3 (purified from ascites via Protien G Chromatography).)
Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
HLA-DR (HLA-DR antigen); Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
About
Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.
Storage and shipping
Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portion the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. in volumes appropriate for single usage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles as this may denature the antibody.
Other names
HLA-DR; HLA-DR; HLA class II histocompatibility antigen, DQ beta 1 chain; MHC DQ beta; MHC class2 antigen; lymphocyte antigen; MHC class II antigen DQB1; MHC class II DQ beta chain; MHC class II antigen HLA-DQ-beta-1; MHC class II HLA-DQ beta glycoprotein; major histocompatibility complex, class II, DQ beta 1; N/A
Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
