Influenza B antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography.

Protein A purified and supplied in PBS, pH 7.4 with 3.0mM KCl, 1.5mM KH2PO4, 140mM NaCl, 8.0mM Na2HPO4, and 0.05% Sodium Azide.

Influenza B nucleoprotein specific; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

For shorter periods of time keep the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. Long term storage should be done after aliquoting and at -20°C. Cycles of freezing and defrosting may denaturate the polypeptide chains of the antibodies, thus reducing their activity.

Influenza B Virus Nucleoprotein specific Recognizes only Influenza B virus, no cross reactivity with Influenza A (H1N1 and H3N2).; Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.

The cough, however, may last for more than two weeks. In children, there may be nausea and vomiting, but these are not common in adults.
