These antibodies are excite for emission at 678nm and detected at a 694 nm wavelengths.

Cy5 antibodies are excited by the 650-nanometer wave of an argon laser and detected at a 670-nanometer captor.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. CD19 B-cell differentiation antigen, Mr 95 kDa CD19 is a monomeric transmembrane glycoprotein expressed at relatively constant levels throughout B cell development from early pro-B/pre-B cells (i.e. B220^+/CD43^+/HSA^+) through fully differentiated B cell stages. ^1-7 Terminally differentiated plasma cells do not express CD19. ^1 In humans, the CD19 molecule on the surface of mature B cells associates with CD21 (CR-2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and this multimolecular complex synergizes with surface immunoglobulin to provide signal transduction and promote cellular activation. ^3, 4 All splenic and peritoneal IgM^+ cells of both B-1 and B-2 lineages are CD19^+, with B-1 cells expressing higher levels of CD19 than B-2 cells in these sites.1, 7 Recent studies with CD19-deficient mice have suggested that this molecule may not be required for normal generation and maturation of B cells in the bone marrow. ^7 Monoclonal antibody 6D5 recognizes the same epitope as the published clone, 1D3. ^1, 8; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
