Specificity and cross-reactivity
Rat; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Storage and shipping
Store at 4 deg C short term. It should be kept at -20 deg C for long-term storage. To avoid freeze-thaw cycles, antibody should be aliquoted before freezing for short-term storage (-20 deg C) or for long-term storage (-80 deg C).
Species reactivity
The antibody reacts with tyrosine hydroxylase immunoreactive sites in the known catecholaminergic neurons and and fibre systems of Rat (Rattus norvegicus) brain. It recognizes best the configuRat (Rattus norvegicus)ion of tyrosine hydroxylase in fixed tissues.
