Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specific for C1s proenzyme and activated free C1s and C1s in complex with C1 inhibitor. Epitope differs from that of clone 6F44. Reacts in ELISA when tested with activated C1s enzyme directly coated onto the microtiter well or in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody in coat.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
